The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring all the tourist attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance with finding the address and waiting at the door for us. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the hairdryer provided was of good quality.
One downside is that the apartment is old and can be difficult to find. Google maps may direct you to a different location on the same street, so it's important to look out for the correct address.

I had a great experience staying at Rooms 77 in Florence. The receptionist, Mohammed, was friendly and helpful. He not only provided us with valuable advice about the city, but also kept our luggage safe after check-out, great to explore more places on our last day.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is perfect - just a short stroll to the main attractions in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Secondly, the staff here go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The manager, Muhammed, is incredibly accommodating and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. Lastly, the rooms are exactly like the pictures - clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic necessities you need. Plus, the option for a shared bathroom is great for those on a budget. excellent value for money and a great breakfast too!
All was absolutely fine, couldn't ask for more.

The staff was accommodating, quick in responding to queries. Room spacious with basic necessities. Good location near attractions and shopping center. Easy access to train station. Mohammed spoke English well. Clean room and common areas. Free Wi-Fi had the best connection. Nice view of neighboring rooftop garden. Kitchenette with utensils available. Numerous restaurants nearby.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
